Kanha National Park This is one of the very renowned national park which is located in Madhya Pradesh, It is around 160 km south east of Jabalpur. The Lush Sal and Bamboo forests , grassy meadows of this Jungle had inspired Rudyard Kipling for its famous novel 'Jungle Book '. The sightseeing of Tiger is more frequent here. Apart from the Tigers,other animal species like the rare hard ground swamps deer, different species of flora fauna are preserved here.
Pench National Park This park is near from the Nagpur city. It is around 80 km from Nagpur. It is located in seoni district which is in southern Madhya Pradesh. The nearest railway station is Nagpur . Tigers can be seen very frequently in Pench , but the animals like Leopards, Jungle cats, small Indian civets, Sambar can be seen very easily here. The best time to visit this park is from February to April because it remains closed during the month of July to September.
